Physical Education Teacher | Human Biomechanics Specialist | Founder of AXIS STUDIO

His relationship with human movement began through sport and evolved into a deeper study of the way the body functions, adapts and affects overall health.

He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science and has worked professionally in exercise and personal training for more than ten years. He has specialised in human biomechanics through Functional Patterns and in corrective exercise as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.

His approach is based on understanding the body as a single, interconnected system. Posture, breathing, gait, muscular coordination and the way forces are managed are not examined in isolation, but as elements that shape overall human function.

Through the Functional Patterns methodology, he assesses the way each person stands and moves, creating personalised programmes that respond to their real needs, capabilities and goals.

His philosophy is not limited to managing symptoms; it focuses on finding the causes behind movement dysfunctions. Every body has its own history and therefore needs a different approach.

Through AXIS STUDIO he created a space where scientific knowledge, practical application and personalised guidance come together. A space where exercise is not merely a means of improving appearance or fitness, but a process of understanding, reconnection and meaningful development of human function.

His purpose is to help every person understand their body better, develop higher-quality movement patterns and build the foundations for a more functional, active and conscious life.

Frequently asked questions

The assessment lasts 45–60 minutes and includes: body posture analysis, movement pattern evaluation, identification of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and a full record of your goals. You leave with a personalised programme recommendation.

Human Biomechanics is the science of how the human body moves. The Functional Patterns approach focuses on optimising fundamental movement patterns (walking, running, hinging, throwing) to eliminate the root causes of chronic pain and injury.

Yes. Chronic pain rehabilitation is one of the core specialisations at Axis Studio. The biomechanical approach identifies and corrects structural causes of pain — not just symptoms. We have success with lower back, hip, knee and shoulder pain.

Online coaching includes: initial video movement assessment, personalised weekly programme, weekly video check-ins, direct Viber communication and monthly programme adjustments. Ideal for those who cannot attend in person.

Not necessarily. Foundation and Performance programmes are designed to be performed with minimal or no equipment. Axis Studio has full equipment for in-studio sessions. For online coaching, we will advise on any essential tools.

Red-Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate the mitochondria of cells. Proven benefits include: accelerated muscle recovery, inflammation reduction, improved sleep and chronic pain relief.
